Toigo Groundbreakers Initiative
The Toigo Groundbreakers Women’s Initiative launched in 2010, with a primary focus on investing in women and fostering diversity in decision-making environments. Initially centered around the Groundbreakers Women in Leadership Summit, the program has expanded to include cohorts and professional development programs. These programs aim to empower women leaders, enabling them to establish valuable connections and spearhead positive transformation within their industry.
Annual Groundbreakers Summit
Since its launch in 2010, the Toigo Groundbreakers Summit has brought together thought leaders, pioneers, industry leaders and aspiring women leaders. With former speakers such as Gloria Steinem, Dr. Tina Opie, Sue Hodgkinson and more, the annual Groundbreakers Summit is an empowering event to share experiences, ideas and have candid conversations about the current state of diversity and inclusion in the industry. The Groundbreakers Summit focuses on leadership development, fostering a community and strengthening relationships for women across all stages of their careers.
Groundbreakers RISE
Groundbreakers RISE, facilitated by Joanna Bloor, is an expansion of the Groundbreakers women in leadership initiative focused on rising leaders at the mid-career level. This program is geared towards providing critical and timely leadership assessment, professional counsel and subject matter trainers and consultants. Groundbreakers RISE presents a unique, focused program that supports your intentions to provide increased support to sought-after women team members.
